Bali Melati Silver Order Policy

General Information
All prices quoted are per piece.
A minimum order for wholesalers required as USD 1000.
A minimum order for retailers purchase
- up to USD 250 disc. 5%.
- up to USD 500 disc. 10%.
It takes for 4 weeks - 8 weeks since the order made or depend on the quality of the order.

Prices
The curency is base on US Dollar net excluding taxes and shipping cost.
Prices for the stone products could be found on the stone type button with any stone selections.
Prices is subject to change without any advance information.

Deposit
Wholesaler
A fifthy (50%) deposit from total order includes its bank transfer cost has to be transferred to our bank account. The rest after the order has finished and ready to be shipped.

Retailer
A hundred (100%) payment have to be transfer to our bank account.

Above deposit is only applied to the order that had already confirmed. More detail about payment instruction/procedur will inform you later by email or fax. Please contact to info@melatisilver.com more information.

Cancellation
In case of cancel the order already made, deposit are not refundable.
Orders not accepted by customers for a period of 3 months or more without any confirmation will be declare 'unaccepted' and will be melted. Deposit on unaccepted orders are NOT refundable.

How to Order
Please send us the product code over our website to eka@melatisilver.com. Remittance of payments are to be made via bank transfers (T/Ts). All charges from the bank transfers are to be paid by the customer. Further more, the customer agrees to take all responsibility for any & all import duties on the merchandise in the destination country if applicable.

Shipment
Shipping company provided by UPS (United Parcel Service), it take 3-5 additional business days to reach you. If your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you immediately by email to inform the reason of the delay.

Silver Catalog Member Access
As the space are very limited for hundreeds of product we have had, Melati Silver only give permited for serious order just for whole-saler only. To get full access of our catalog, you need to apply "Melati Silver Whole-saler Membership".
PLEASE NOTICE that the uncomplete application will not be processed.

Tracking your order
To maintain all information up to date and give the possibility for you to check your order anytime by your own, we provided within this website two type of tracking system. One tracking for item processing of product ordered in the factory and others (using the systems from www.ups.com) tracking for schedule service point of shipping and delivery services. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track for United Parcel Service at http://www.ups.com
